Flobble.ini contains the options if you wish to amend them manually.

playerspeed amends the values of the player turning rate. Can be a number between 0 and 2.

0=tight turning
1=normal turning
2=wide turning.

effects amends the amount of effects used in the game. Can be a number between 0 and 2.

0=minimal effects
1=normal effects
2=are you mental mode.

timedisplay amends what caption is displayed in the central text column in game. Can be a number between 0 and 2.

0=nothing displayed
1=bonus accrued
2=game time

spawnwarning allows “markers” to be displayed as to the locations of incoming random spawns. Can either be set to 0 or 1.

0=no spawn warnings
1=spawn warnings

board choose whether to display a border or not. Can either be set to 0 or 1.

0=no border
1=border

scanlines chooses whether to display a scanlines effect or not. Can either be set to 0 or 1.

0=no scanlines
1=scanlines

practice mode allows the player to choose a set game time to play whilst invulnerable. Scores are not saved in this mode. Can be a number between 0 and 5.

0=no practice mode
1=1 minute
2=2 minutes
3=3 minutes
4=4 minutes
5=5 minutes

screensize allows the user to set windowed/full screen modes and any scaling applied in full screen. Can be a number between 0 and 2.

0=fullscreen mode retaining games aspect ratio
1=fullscreen mode stretched to monitor size
2=windowed mode (800×600)

backgroundlayers allows the user to set how many layers are featured in the background. Can be a number between 0 and 2.

0=Basic background. Starfield only.
1=Additional background effects.
2=Full background effects.

oshelper allows the user to turn off the wave structure of the game leaving only minimal spawns. Can be a number between 0 and 1.

1=Waves are on and spawn as normal.
2=Waves are off and only small amounts of random spawns remain.

osspeed allows the user to change the FPS (Frames Per Second) of the game, thus allowing them to control the entire speed of the game reducing the need for CPU killer.

0=30 FPS Normal speed
1=25 FPS Slightly slower
2=20 FPS Slower still
3=15 FPS Very slow
4=10 FPS Really very slow
5=5 FPS Very very very slow indeed
10=Force 60fps (game will play double speed)

osenemyspeed changes the speed at which the enemies attack you. Can be a number between 0 and 3.

0= Normal game speed
1= Slightly slower attack speeds.
2= Very slow attack speed
3= Slowest attack speed.
